1. What is plumprizes?
Plumprizes is all about offering our members a chance to win in any of our fantastic prize draws. Entry to each prize is FREE and all our prizes are exclusive to us. Members can improve their chances of winning by either signing up to free newsletters or visiting our merchant websites - you have complete control over the advertisers you decide to interactive with. Members can also increase their chances of winning by being rewarded with prize entries for using plums horoscopes, quizzes, games, surveys, dating and by successfully referring friends to plumprizes.
2. What is a Plum worth?
A Plum is worth one entry into any of our exclusive prize draws on the site. You can earn allocated plum entries to specific prize draws of your selection by clicking on your chosen prize and signing up to a free newsletter. Unallocated plum entries can be earned by using the sites other functions such as plums horoscopes, quizzes, games, surveys, dating and by successfully referring friends to plumprizes. You can allocate these types of entries to the prize draws of your choice in the My Account section.
3. How do I change my details?
You can change your details any time. Simply log in to plumprizes using your existing username and password and go to your My account section. All of your personal information is listed in here and you are able to update or edit any of these details.
4. Why can't I register ?
There may be many reasons why you are unable to register with plumprizes. These include incompatibility with some Internet TV systems, the specification of your computer may not be suitable or there may be problems with your ISP or our server. Because there are so many reasons for the inability to register, we can only suggest that you may like to try to register at a later time
5. How do I unsubscribe?
We hope you never want to unsubscribe from plumprizes. However, if for any reason you want to unsubscribe, first log on, then click on the My Account link located towards the top right corner of the screen, then click the link `to unsubscribe, click here`. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer be able to enter our prize draws and will not receive further communication from us.
6. How long does it take before my entries appear on my account?
When you sign up to any of our advertiser's newsletters or take part in plums horoscopes, quizzes, games, surveys or dating your entries will be instantly added to your account. If you enter a prize that involves visiting/shopping on sponsor (advertisers) websites then it can take up to 30 days for our partners to confirm that you have accepted and completed an offer with them, so please don't be concerned if your entries don't appear immediately. If you refer a friend to plumprizes you will be rewarded with entries once that friend has registered to the site.
7. What are plumprize newsletters?
The plumprizes newsletters give you the opportunity to gain more entries into our most popular prize draws, and inform you of new prize draws that are added frequently to the site.
8. What are plumprize alert mails?
When prizes are approaching their end date or entry limit, alert mails are sent to you as a reminder to enter. This way you don't miss out on your chance to win a prize.
